Day One is Complete

After a fun-filled day of traveling, I finally made it to NYC for the final round of interviews with Affect PR.  I have been documenting my entire day with pictures and the hashtag, #nyintern, on my Twitter page for my followers to see.  I also uploaded the pictures I took on my Flickr account.  So if you haven't already, please check it out.

Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting the Affect team and Kristin, the other finalist in the NYC Intern Project. I also had the chance to check out the Affect PR offices.  I loved how open the office space was and the fact that it was full of MacBooks.  We all had dinner at Landmarc in the Time Warner Center.  The food was incredible and I loved getting to know the members of the Affect team. 

Tomorrow, however, is the big day.  I have two rounds of interviews and a writing test at the Affect offices.  With my AP Stylebook and portfolio in hand, plus a freshly ironed suit, I am ready to tackle the challenges that tomorrow will bring.  Wish me luck!
